Role Title: Lawyer

Location: Remote, US-Based Only

We are seeking experienced U.S.-licensed Lawyers across a range of practice areas to support an AI training project focused on improving legal reasoning, accuracy, and judgment. You'll evaluate legal scenarios, review AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze legal scenarios involving litigation, corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and compliance.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, contracts, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, unsupported conclusions, missing information, and weaknesses in reasoning.
• Apply professional legal judgment to complex or ambiguous situations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated legal outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than 3 years of substantive post-J.D. legal practice.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, legal writing, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contractor environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in areas such as litigation, corporate, commercial, employment, personal injury, criminal, family, immigration, insurance, intellectual property, healthcare, securities, real estate, tax, privacy, environmental, or regulatory law.
• Experience reviewing complex legal documents, identifying substantive errors, or evaluating competing legal arguments.
• Familiarity with legal technology, AI-assisted research, or AI evaluation.
