Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights on IT strategy, systems architecture, and infrastructure optimization.
• Evaluate vendor management, procurement, and third-party system integration processes.
• Review security compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess IT solutions and identify gaps in architecture, implementation, and performance.
• Share best practices in technical team leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
• Review documentation, workflows, and processes for clarity and operational efficiency.
• Complete structured discussions and written assignments to improve AI tools for IT professionals.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT or Systems Manager, leading technical teams or managing enterprise infrastructure.
